WHAT IS ROVERPHONE ?

RoverPhone provides a simple method of gaining access to near-wholesale price international and cross-network mobile calls.

WHO CAN USE ROVERPHONE ?

Any one with a landline or mobile phone can use the Roverphone service. Each RoverPhone account is linked to a specific phone number.

WHY USE ROVERPHONE ?

More convenient than buying phone-cards, no minimum call charges, calls charged to the nearest second. All account setup and update carried out over the internet.

Mobile users can utilise their "free" off-peak minutes to access the RoverPhone portal (on an 020 number) thus avoiding international charges from the mobile operator.

HOW DO I SET MY ACCOUNT UP ?

Click on the link below, you need to specify your name, the number you will be calling from and the amount of money you wish to add to your account ( min of £5.00 ). You will be transferred to our secure payment handler ( NoChex ) and your debit/credit card details taken. Your account will be active within 5 minutes of your transaction being successful.

HOW DO I MAKE A ROVERPHONE CALL ?

Dial the RoverPhone Portal ( 020 8485 8585 ) from your registered phone.

Your account will be retrieved and you will be advised of your current balance.

Dial your destination number ( remembering to start 00 if this is an international call )

You will be told the price per minute for the call and asked to press "1" if you wish to go ahead with the call.

Your RoverPhone account is not charged if the destination number is busy or is not answered.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM ?

Email rover@premiervoicemail.co.uk providing your registered phone number and the nature of the problem.

Premier accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, DELTA & ELECTRON cards together with PAYPAL. We also accept cheques, postal orders and cash. For conferencing accounts, any pre-paid funds which are not used, will be returned in full on termination. Standard terms and conditions apply.
